Exercise

So my workouts don’t vary too much from week to week.  At home, my workouts can’t be much longer than 30-45 min mostly because the kiddies get antsy!  My husband works 2nd shift so he sleeps till about 10 or 11 in the morning and I can’t wait for him to get up so I can start my day!  Anyway, home workouts consist of running, my P90X videos (I completed the Classic version earlier this year but I still use the ST videos), INSANITY and yoga.   We have a free weight system with a bench that has a pull up bar, a treadmill and an elliptical.

I  kickbox 2-3x a week while the kids go to the In-Law’s.  If the hubby’s schedule permits I occasionally go to the Friday morning Strength and Conditioning class there too (I LOVE that workout).  I do random things here and there also, like powerwalks with my BFF.  We look like a parade with out double strollers and dogs in tow!

I recently got the INSANITY program and am planning on incorporating it into my schedule 3-4 times a week.

So here is a sample of my typical week:

Kickboxing

TUESDAY: 

REST

THURSDAY:

FRIDAY:

SATURDAY:

Cardio
